Does Thesaemus.com ship internationally?

No,Thesaemus.com does not ship outside the United States.

How do I cancel an order?
We’re sorry. once you receive an order confirmation email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
Cancellations are not accepted after items have shipped.
How do I change an order?
We’re sorry, once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order. If you need help with a new order, please call us at 718-445-2307  (M-F 10:00am-5:00pm EDT).
Where can I find my tracking information?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you checked out as a registered user, you can always track your orders.
 
To track your shipment, go to www.ups.com or www.usps.com and submit your tracking number based  on the carrier you have chosen. information usually takes up to 24 hours to update after submitting and purchasing your online  order. 
Can I return a product that I didn’t buy at Thesaemus.com?
We’re sorry, but we are unable to take returns on products not purchased online at Thesaemus.com . If you purchased a product at one of our local stores, please return it to the location where it was purchased.
Can I use my The Saem gift card online?

We’re sorry, Gift cards can only be used on purchases made at The Saem stores. They cannot be used at Thesaemus.com

Do you offer Returns?

Yes, we accept returns with reason within 7 days since you received the order
